About the event

Psychedelic Professionals Meetup Groups are in Boulder and Denver! Let's keep Colorado on the leading edge of psychedelic medicine work by coming together in community to learn, share, and grow. Each Psychedelic Professionals Meetup Group starts with an informative topic relevant to research, practice, policy, or activism around psychedelic medicines, followed by open discussion and an opportunity to connect with like-minded others.

Our community is based on the values of open-source/open-access knowledge, authentic empowerment, right relationship with medicines and drugs, and showing up for the people and causes important to our lives.

The BOULDER group will meet on the last Sunday of each month, 5-6:30pm, including:

Feb 24th (ketamine assisted therapy)

March 31st (the future of MDMA)

April 28th (psychedelic guidework)

May 19th (moved ahead due to holiday)

The topic for our April 28th group will be psychedelic guide work. Whether you've been on the giving or receiving end of psychedelic guide work, there's a plethora of grassroots knowledge to be shared amongst community. We're interested in discussing questions like, How do you position the role of a guide? How do you use ritual? Should a guide take a psychedelic at the same time as the participant? Please join the conversation! If you are interested in having a more central role in this particular conversation, please contact shannon @ nowaksociety.org

$5 to attend, payable at the door. Door fee goes toward paying for the venue rental. Additional funds go toward our non-profit programming, including our MDMA expanded access fund for Colorado veterans.

If you have ideas for topics or presentations for these meetup groups or would like to be more involved, please contact us!
