About the event
Psychedelic Professionals Meetup Groups are in Boulder and Denver! Let's keep Colorado on the leading edge of psychedelic medicine work by coming together in community to learn, share, and grow. Each Psychedelic Professionals Meetup Group starts with an informative topic relevant to research, practice, policy, or activism around psychedelic medicines, followed by open discussion and an opportunity to connect with like-minded others.
Our community is based on the values of open-source/open-access knowledge, authentic empowerment, right relationship with medicines and drugs, and showing up for the people and causes important to our lives.
The BOULDER group will meet on the last Sunday of each month, 5-6:30pm, including:
Feb 24th (ketamine assisted therapy)
March 31st (the future of MDMA)
April 28th (psychedelic guidework)
May 19th (plant medicines)
June 23rd (summer fun at Betasso Preserve)
July 21st (micro dosing)
The topic for our July 21st group will be micro dosing. Hear from local Licensed Addictions Counselor, Certified Mental Performance Coach, and Psychedelic Integration Therapist, Shane LeMaster, about his personal and professional experience with micro dosing. Shane is enrolling in the PhD program at CSU in the fall, with research around psychedelics, consciousness, and preventative mental health. e is also a Professional Athlete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and competes on the World-Stage, often while microdosing, and brings a unique performance-based lens to the microdosing discussion.
$5 to attend, payable at the door. Door fee goes toward paying for the venue rental.
