Psychedelic Professionals Meet: DENVER

Psychedelic Professionals Meetup Groups are happening!  Let's keep Colorado on the leading edge of psychedelic medicine work by coming together in community to learn, share, and grow. Each Psychedelic Professionals Meetup Group starts with an informative topic relevant to research, practice, policy, or activism around psychedelic medicines, followed by open discussion and an opportunity to connect with like-minded others. 

Do you have a profound story of psychedelic healing that you want to share with your community? Are you a DIY psychedelic user that is craving community? Or maybe, you are curious about the potential of using psychedelics for healing from trauma or depression?

Join us on October 25th in Colorado Springs or November 2nd in Denver for this unique Psychedelic Storytelling event where community members will be given an opportunity to share personal tales of transformation. By joining together in sharing our stories we can contribute to the powerful wave of awareness and help dissolve the stigma surrounding these experiences. We invite all those who have found solace, growth, and transformation through psychoactive plant medicines or psychedelics to attend. If you are curious about the potential of psychedelics, we don’t want you to miss this enlightening event.

In Denver, join us at the Mercury Cafe (second floor) with our partners at Altered States Integration for this intimate in-person gathering where we will  co-create an environment where to share your personal journey, foster connections, and bask in a sense of belonging and support. This event, inspired by the essence of gratitude, is designed to cultivate a community spirit that embodies the values of inclusivity, non-political discourse, non-violence, and heartfelt thankfulness.

If you're ready to contribute your tale of transformation and appreciation, simply add your name to our brief Google Form. We'll be sure to reach out prior to the event to confirm your participation and secure your spot. We kindly request that each speaker keeps their story concise, ideally between 5 to 7 minutes, ensuring that our gathering flows smoothly and every voice is heard. Remember, the essence of this event is all about sharing what you're thankful for—nothing more, nothing less.

Suggested donation of $10 goes toward supporting the work of The Nowak Society. If you have ideas for topics or presentations for these meetup groups or would like to be more involved, please contact us! Please support the Mercury Cafe by purchasing food or drink during our event. In general, we meet upstairs on the second floor of the Mercury Cafe unless otherwise stated.

Finally, if you have a brochure, flyer or business card you want to display, please bring them! We kindly request that anything advertised is legal and aboveboard, but otherwise we're happy to make space for you to share your offerings with the larger community.
